After responding to an initial inquiry via email, a final service count is requested, and a contract is sent out along with a booking link. Please note that your date is not reserved and your booking is not secure until your signed contract and requested deposit are received.

While we always recommend having a preview of your bridal makeup look, it is not required in order to book your services.

SAME DAY Cancellations

• Canceling within 24 hours or less will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance.

• This balance must be paid before booking future appointments, or you will be banned.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling within 48 hours or less of the appointment will incur a $25 fee due at the time of rescheduling.

• Rescheduling to a date 30+ days away requires a new deposit. A second reschedule will also require a new deposit.

Booking Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Yes, we can accommodate large groups, such as bridal parties. If there are time-sensitive restraints, an additional artist may be added.

Home Studio appointments are for the booked client only.

NO extra guests are allowed, except for minors or disabled persons who may have one guest accompanying them (please notify me in advance).

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up and fail to communicate will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. Future bookings will be restricted until the payment is received.

Lateness

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged, and the appointment may be canceled.
